I recommend setting up the micro sd card with a folder calles NES, so that you can copy all of the NES games you have right in to that folder, and not have to mess around with hunting each and every game down on your micro SD card. Once you have it copied over, it's just a matter of getting some of the NES roms you want to actually load and play on your 3DS system. Insert it into your M3 or R4, and insert that into your DS. Unplug the adapter from your computer and take out the microSD card from the adapter. To save space, use the ROM trimmer included on the CD before copying the games onto the microSD.
